Data we receive
An RFQ may contain name, company, business contact details, destination, equipment make/model/serial or VIN, part references, dimensions, quantities, notes and files you choose to send. Hosting security may process IP address, request time, device/browser data and security events. We also store the cookie-consent record on your device.
Purposes and legal grounds
Data is used to answer requests, identify compatibility evidence, prepare quotations, plan export/delivery, secure the service, keep business records and meet legal obligations. Depending on the context, processing relies on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests in security and B2B correspondence, or consent for optional storage.
Retention
Unconverted RFQ correspondence is normally reviewed for deletion 24 months after the last business activity. Contract, accounting, customs, warranty or dispute records are kept for the period required by applicable law or the relationship. Security logs are normally kept up to 90 days unless an incident requires longer preservation. The consent choice lasts up to 180 days unless changed or deleted sooner.
